New resort villas in Oman are based on four different concepts: Desert, Mountain, Wadi and Bay. Villas are built into the side of a mountain or deep in valleys offering amazing views.

The Desert concept is an extraordinary ‘mirage’ built into the middle of the desert with different interior atmospheres such as sand-curved canyons and over-shaded corridors. A wide central open-air area under the stars is the theatre for celebrations and a place for sharing Bedouin traditions. An exclusive view of the vast expanse of surrounding dunes is accessible from each private and luxurious villa.

The Mountain Village is a spacious and comfortable lodge built into the side of a mountain and looking out across the desert plains. Numerous comfortable chalets, each with a private plunge pool, have the same spectacular aspect and the main lodge is a comfortable retreat on the top of the village.

The Wadi Resort is built along the smooth slope of a valley, individual villas are located above the floodplain and the enchanting sound of flowing water leads visitors to their private home. The site reveals the natural beauty of a waterfall and brings to light the water glistening along the rear rockwall, gardens, shaded pools and glimpses to the passage beyond. The interior design of villas changes the feel and ends with an amazing view of the Wadi from the shaded terrace suspended in the rock.

The Bay Resort is a Health and Wellness Clinic located in a protected bay in Muscat. Luxurious individual water villas and private access by yacht to the private marina offer the ultimate wellbeing. The clinic provides all types of complex plastic surgery with modern equipment, two operating rooms, comfortable cubicles and two bed wards and post-operational rehabilitation. A symbiosis of cosmetology, wellness, and surgery.
